Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You have chronic kidney disease and have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months (3 or more times per week).
  • You have had at least one nutrition consultation with a dietitian.
  • Your household is low-income (based on official Malaysia criteria) and you sometimes do not have enough food (food insecure).
  • You also have high blood pressure and heart disease.
  • You do not have diabetes, cancer, stomach or liver problems, or any food allergies or intolerances.
