Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older with advanced Parkinson's disease that responds to levodopa.
  • You are currently using foslevodopa/foscarbidopa as a continuous infusion under the skin (prescribed by your doctor).
  • Your thinking and memory are good enough to follow study instructions (test score of 24 or higher on a memory exam).
  • If you have moderate to severe sleep apnea, you must be using your CPAP or mouth device correctly (at least 4 hours per night, 70% of nights).
  • You are not taking part in any other interventional research study at this time.
