New PET scan for men with low-risk prostate cancer on active surveillance

This trial tests a new imaging test called rhPSMA-7.3 (18F) PET/CT to see if it can better detect prostate cancer in men who are on active surveillance because their cancer is considered low-risk or favorable intermediate-risk. You would also get an MRI and a biopsy as part of the study.

Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is low-risk or favorable intermediate-risk (based on your PSA level, Gleason grade group, and tumor stage).
- You are currently being watched with active surveillance (not treatment).
- You are willing and able to get the new PET/CT scan, a prostate MRI, and a prostate biopsy.
- You have not had another cancer in the last 5 years (except for non-melanoma skin cancer).
- You do not have any condition that would make getting an MRI or the study drug unsafe (like severe claustrophobia, metal implants, or a serious illness).
