Who can take part
- You’re a man age 18 or older with an expected lifespan of at least 10 years
- Your prostate biopsy shows low-risk or favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer (Gleason Grade Group 1 or 2)
- Your last prostate biopsy was done 3 to 15 months ago, used at least 10 biopsy cores, and was guided by an mpMRI
- Your Decipher genetic test score from the prior biopsy is at least 0.45
- You must be able and willing to sign consent and be able to understand the study
- You must be willing to have another prostate biopsy before non-surgical treatment, within 90 days of the PET-MRI scan
