Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 65 years old
- You have broken a bone in your wrist near the thumb side (distal radius fracture)
- Your surgery used metal plates and screws to repair the bone
- You can read, write, and give your consent to join
- You have no other orthopedic, nerve, heart, or blood vessel problems
- You did not have surgery on the same arm in the last 6 months
- Your vision and hearing are good enough to follow treatment instructions
