Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 65 years old
  • You have broken a bone in your wrist near the thumb side (distal radius fracture)
  • Your surgery used metal plates and screws to repair the bone
  • You can read, write, and give your consent to join
  • You have no other orthopedic, nerve, heart, or blood vessel problems
  • You did not have surgery on the same arm in the last 6 months
  • Your vision and hearing are good enough to follow treatment instructions
