Who can take part
- You have had surgery for a broken wrist (distal radius fracture) using a plate and screws.
- Your fracture was diagnosed using X-rays and CT scans.
- You did not have any other major injuries at the same time (no polytrauma).
- You have not had any surgery on that arm or wrist before.
- You do not have any nerve damage, blood vessel injury, or major bleeding after your surgery.
- You do not have weakness or stiffness in that arm from a stroke or joint contracture.
