Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatment or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You should be able to care for yourself and be up and about for at least half of your waking hours (performance status 0 or 1).
- Your major organs (like heart, kidney, and liver) must be working well enough.
- If you are of childbearing age, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose. You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
