Who can take part
- You have advanced or spreading soft tissue sarcoma that is intermediate or high grade.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are starting your first cancer treatment for advanced disease, or started it within the last 4 weeks.
- You are able to carry out daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-2).
- Your kidneys and liver are working well enough.
- You can swallow pills.
- If you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 30 days after treatment.
