Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (age 18 or older) and sign consent to join.
  • You have confirmed soft tissue sarcoma that can be measured on CT or MRI, with 1 small-enough target area (no more than 5 total spots).
  • Your cancer has already had standard first treatment (like doxorubicin + ifosfamide) and possibly surgery, but can’t be fully removed.
  • You can swallow pills normally, and your general health is fairly strong (ECOG 0 to 1) with expected survival of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (kidneys, liver, thyroid, etc.) must be within limits for safe treatment.
  • If you can become pregnant or impregnate someone: you must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
