  • You are between 18 and 59 years old
  • You have no known medical conditions (like heart, kidney, lung disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol)
  • You are not currently pregnant or trying to get pregnant
  • You do not have any metal in your body that cannot be removed
  • You are not taking certain medications (like antidepressants, anxiety meds, or sleep aids) on a regular basis
  • You do not use alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs heavily or regularly
