Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- Your weight has been stable (no change more than 5 pounds) in the last 6 months.
- You exercise regularly (at least 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity each week).
- You can avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before two study visits.
- You do not use hormonal birth control, tobacco, nicotine, or recreational drugs.
- You do not have any heart, lung, blood vessel, or metabolic disease, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
