Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 85 years old
  • You can walk on your own without a cane or walker
  • You have not had any falls in the last 6 months and do not have a balance problem
  • You have no memory or thinking problems (like dementia)
  • You do not have a neurological condition like Parkinson's disease or a stroke that affects balance
