Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older
  • You had a liver or kidney transplant at least 6 months ago, but no more than 25 years ago
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 21 and 30 (a healthy weight range)
  • You have your own smartphone
  • Your transplant medications have been stable for the past 3 months
  • You have not lost or gained more than 5% of your body weight in the past 3 months
