  • You had a kidney transplant 3 to 5 months ago from a living or deceased donor.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your BMI is over 22 and you weigh under 350 pounds.
  • You can walk for exercise and have your doctor's approval to join.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, or eating disorders, and you are not taking weight loss medications.
