Testing IRE and an immunotherapy drug for advanced pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Locally Advanced

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new combination: a special electric field treatment (IRE) plus a dual-function antibody (PD-1/CTLA-4) for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that didn't respond to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can help shrink or control the cancer.

Cryoablation plus immunotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

This trial tests combining cryoablation (freezing tumors) with a dual-antibody drug (PD-1/CTLA-4) for people whose locally advanced pancreatic cancer has stopped responding to first-line chemotherapy (AG regimen). The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.

IRE ablation with immunotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

This study looks back at people with advanced pancreatic cancer who received a treatment called IRE (a special type of ablation) along with immunotherapy. The goal is to see how well this combination works and how safe it is for patients whose cancer cannot be removed with surgery.

NCT06938503Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Combination therapy plus ablation for advanced pancreatic cancer

This trial tests a drug combination (AG and nimotuzumab) followed by a procedure called irreversible electroporation (IRE) to treat locally advanced pancreatic cancer that hasn't spread. It aims to see if this approach can help patients whose cancer can't be removed by surgery.

NCT03080974Recruiting· Phase 2
Study tests immunotherapy plus electroporation for advanced pancreatic cancer

This Phase 2 study looks at whether adding immunotherapy to a procedure called irreversible electroporation can help treat stage III pancreatic cancer. You might be eligible if you have measurable tumors and can safely undergo the procedure.
