Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have locally advanced pancreatic cancer (cancer that has not spread to distant organs) confirmed by biopsy.
- Your cancer has gotten worse, or you could not tolerate standard AG chemotherapy after at least one cycle.
- You are in fairly good physical condition (able to do daily activities with some help, ECOG score 0–2).
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are adequate (specific lab tests show acceptable levels).
- You have not had another cancer in the past 5 years (except cured skin cancer or carcinoma in situ).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and willing to use contraception during and for 3 months after treatment.
