Study of early breast cancer outcomes after surgery

Early Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This study looks at medical records of people with a common type of early breast cancer to understand how often the cancer comes back after surgery. It helps doctors learn more about which patients might have a higher or lower risk of recurrence.

NCT07540520Not yet recruiting
Follow-up study of HER2-positive breast cancer after pre-surgery treatment

This study follows patients with HER2-positive breast cancer who received chemotherapy and a targeted drug (trastuzumab) before surgery but did not have a complete response. Researchers want to understand which follow-up treatments work best to prevent cancer from coming back.

NCT04278469Recruiting
Study for early breast cancer patients with low-risk genes

This trial studies early, hormone receptor–positive, HER2-negative breast cancer and looks at a group with “high clinical risk” but “low genetic (tumor) risk.” It may help researchers understand which patients may benefit most from treatment decisions guided by genetic tumor testing.

NCT07668362Not yet recruiting
Breast cancer local recurrence study after surgery

This study follows people who have had breast cancer come back in the same area after surgery. It looks at how well re-treatment works and helps doctors understand how to manage this type of recurrence.

Predicting Recurrence in Early HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

This study is looking at whether certain patient information can help predict if HR+/HER2- early breast cancer will come back. If you have had surgery and hormone therapy, your data might help improve future care.

NCT07389408Recruiting
Early breast cancer treatment patterns study

This study observes how doctors treat early breast cancer and what outcomes patients have. It's for people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that hasn't spread to many lymph nodes.

Breast cancer recurrence registry after breast-saving surgery

This study collects health information about people who have had a breast cancer recurrence after breast-conserving (breast-saving) surgery. It helps researchers understand what happens after initial treatment and how local recurrences are managed.
