Who can take part

  • You are an adult woman (about ages 19–80).
  • Your breast cancer is invasive, hormone receptor–positive (ER+ and/or PR+), and HER2-negative (HER2-).
  • Your lymph node workup is pN0 or pN1 (not pN2/pN3).
  • Your tumor is at least 0.5 cm, and you had surgery intended to cure (not just a biopsy).
  • Your tumor testing shows “genomic low risk,” and you agree to genetic testing.
