Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to certain lymph nodes (N3 stage) but is still potentially removable with surgery.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy (like anti-PD-1 drugs), or radiation to the chest before.
  • Your cancer does not have certain genetic changes (EGFR mutation or ALK fusion).
  • You do not have active autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, or serious organ problems.
