Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has been confirmed by a biopsy and has not responded to or cannot be treated with standard therapies.
  • You are at least 18 years old and are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities with little or no help).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been burned with radiation (or has grown after radiation).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are working well enough as determined by blood and urine tests.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose (or for 3 months if you are a man).
