- You are 18 years or older.
- You have health insurance (social security) in France.
- You speak French well enough to understand the study.
- You have an addiction (to substances or behaviors) and feel your emotions are hard to control (DERS score over 90).
- Your mood disorder medications have been the same for at least 3 months.
- You are not currently in any other structured talk therapy.
