  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had breast cancer at stage I, II, or IIIa
  • You have a heart condition like heart failure, high blood pressure, or an irregular heartbeat
  • You can read, write, and speak English
  • You have finished chemotherapy and radiation, and are not scheduled for more cancer treatment during the study
  • You are willing to join the study and give your okay (informed consent)
