  • You are generally healthy
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have a BMI between 18 and 34.9
  • You can easily see the veins in at least one arm for blood draws
  • You are willing to stick to a consistent diet and lifestyle, avoid exercise and supplements before visits, and skip coffee, tea, or soft drinks for at least one hour before the visit
  • You are not taking certain prescription medications (weight loss, cholesterol, anxiety, sleep, or depression drugs)
