Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with long COVID based on WHO criteria.
  • You have post-exertional malaise (PEM), meaning your symptoms get worse after physical or mental activity.
  • Your function level is between 20% and 70% on the Bell scale (you can do some daily activities but need rest).
  • You were generally healthy before getting COVID (able to do all normal activities).
  • You do not have certain health problems like serious heart or lung disease, diabetes type 1, or active cancer in the last 5 years.
  • You are not currently being treated for a systemic autoimmune disorder with immunosuppressive drugs.
