Who can take part

  • You have high-risk, recurrent, or advanced endometrial cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or cured by radiation.
  • Your tumor can be seen on scans (CT or MRI), and you have enough tumor tissue (from a recent biopsy or surgery) to make the vaccine.
  • You have not had chemotherapy for at least 3 weeks, or other cancer treatments for at least 2 to 4 weeks before starting the vaccine.
  • You are well enough to receive cancer therapy (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges, and you have no uncontrolled infections or unstable medical conditions.
