Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70 and weigh at least 99 pounds.
  • You have had surgery and platinum chemo for ovarian cancer, but still have high CA125 levels or a tumor that can be seen on a scan.
  • You are willing to have some of your blood cells collected to make a personalized vaccine.
  • Your blood cell and organ function levels must be within certain safe ranges.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 6 months after.
