  • Baby is born at UZ Brussel hospital in Belgium
  • At least one parent or sibling has eczema, asthma, or hay fever (high-risk group)
  • Parent speaks Dutch, French, or English well enough to understand the study
  • Baby is born at 34 weeks or later and does not need intensive care after birth
  • Family is able to attend study visits for two years
