- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9 (normal weight range).
- Your waist-to-hip ratio is below 0.95 (if male) or below 0.8 (if female).
- You are willing to avoid intense physical activity for 48 hours before certain sessions.
- If female, you have regular menstrual cycles (every 25 to 35 days) for the last 3 months.
- You exercise regularly, with a physical activity score of at least 24 on the Godin questionnaire.
