  • You are healthy and can do light physical activity.
  • You are either between 8 and 16 years old, 18 and 35, or 60 and 80.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You do not smoke, use certain drugs, or have chronic illnesses like diabetes or heart disease.
  • You are not pregnant and do not take hormone replacement therapy.
