  • You are a man aged 50 or older
  • You live in Beijing and plan to stay there
  • You are willing to have screening tests, fill out questionnaires, and come back for follow-up visits
  • You have not had any other cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer) or a prior prostate cancer
  • You do not currently have a prostate infection or an active infection in your urinary system
