Who can take part

  • You are 65 or older (or are the main care partner for someone who is), with or without mild forgetfulness.
  • You are willing to wear a Fitbit, get text reminders, watch short exercise videos, and walk as part of a program.
  • You must have a phone that can receive texts and watch videos, and have internet access.
  • No serious heart, nerve, or bone problems that would make daily walking unsafe.
  • Care partners must be 18+, able to help with the program, and not have any level of dementia.
