Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (not caused by another condition).
  • Your Parkinson's is at stage 1, 2, or 3 on the Modified Hoehn and Yahr Scale (mild to moderate symptoms).
  • You are only taking oral Parkinson's medications (no pump or patch).
  • You do not have any muscle, bone, heart, blood vessel, or inner ear problems that would prevent you from doing the exercises.
  • You do not have additional brain or mental health conditions (other than Parkinson's).
  • You are able to see visual feedback on a screen (with glasses or contact lenses if needed).
