Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been on peritoneal dialysis (dialysis at home through your belly) for at least 3 months.
- You have been stable — no unexpected hospital stays, heart attack, or stroke in the last 3 months.
- You or a caregiver have a smartphone or tablet with internet access and know how to use apps.
- You are not planning to get a living-donor kidney transplant in the next 6 months.
- You do not have a pacemaker or defibrillator, and you are not pregnant or on ultrafiltration for heart failure.
