  • You are 21 years old or older
  • You can stand on both bare feet without help (for a short time)
  • You are using an automated peritoneal dialysis machine (a machine that does your dialysis at night)
  • You are already being followed on the Vantive Sharesource remote monitoring platform
  • You do not have a kidney transplant planned in the next year
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next year
