Who can take part

  • You had a planned (not emergency) C-section under spinal anesthesia.
  • Your pain after the C-section is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
  • You speak Turkish and can communicate clearly with the study team.
  • You are willing to do breathing exercises (Pranayama) and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have conditions like pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, chronic pain, or a need for intensive care.
