  • You are between 12 and 16 weeks after giving birth.
  • You had gestational diabetes in your most recent pregnancy.
  • Your doctor has ordered an oral glucose tolerance test (a test where you drink a sugary drink).
  • You did not have diabetes before becoming pregnant.
  • You are comfortable reading and speaking English.
