Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a complete hydatidiform mole (a type of abnormal pregnancy).
  • You are medically stable and can undergo the mole removal procedure.
  • You have no allergies or reactions to the anesthesia used for the removal.
  • You are willing to have regular follow-up visits, including multiple ultrasounds and blood tests to monitor HCG levels.
  • You are not pregnant with a partial mole or other type of molar pregnancy.

Uterine scraping as first treatment for low-risk GTN
