Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You have high-risk prostate cancer (PSA >20, Gleason 8-10, or tumor that has spread beyond the prostate on MRI or PSMA-PET).
- You are scheduled for robot-assisted surgery to remove your prostate.
- You agree to give samples of your prostate tissue and blood for research.
