Who can take part

  • You have had low back pain for more than 12 weeks.
  • You have been diagnosed with a lumbar disc herniation (bulging, protruding, or extruded).
  • You are between 20 and 60 years old.
  • You are willing to follow an exercise program and take part in the study.
  • You have not had physical therapy or injections for back pain in the last month.
  • You do not have any major spine problems, nerve issues, or other serious health conditions listed in the exclusion criteria.
