- You have hurt yourself on purpose at least 5 times in the past year.
- You've hurt yourself at least once in the past month.
- At least one parent or guardian is willing to join the program with you.
- You do not have strong thoughts of suicide right now.
- You do not have a psychotic disorder, severe anorexia, or current drug dependence.
