- You have had eczema for at least 1 year
- Your eczema covers at least 10% of your body
- You have a moderate to severe case as rated by the doctor
- You have had an average itch score of at least 4 out of 10 in the week before starting the trial
- You have not used any other experimental drugs in the last 3 months
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
