- You are a woman or transgender/non-binary person age 30–65 with a cervix.
- You have not had a hysterectomy (surgery to remove the cervix).
- You are not infected with HIV.
- You are not currently pregnant and are not within 3 months after giving birth.
- You have not used vaginal products (like creams, washes, or condoms) in the last 3 days.
- You have not had sex, a vaginal ultrasound, or a gynecological exam in the last 2 days.
