Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stage IIb or IIc melanoma that has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body, and the tumor is at least 5 mm in size.
- You are willing and able to undergo surgery (wide local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy) as part of the trial.
- Your overall health is good (able to perform daily activities, with no severe medical conditions).
- You have not had prior immunotherapy for any cancer, and do not have an autoimmune disease requiring strong immune-suppressing treatment.
