Who can take part
- You have a GAD-7 score above 10 (a measure of anxiety symptoms your doctor can check).
- You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can access the internet.
- You are not currently in talk therapy for anxiety.
- You have not had a suicide attempt, self-harm, or diagnosis of psychosis in the past year, and have not used narcotics in the past 3 months.
