This study tests two types of balance exercises (stepping and BOSU ball training) to see if they help badminton players improve their balance and performance on the court. You would be asked to take part in added training sessions and then be tested on how well you can keep your balance and play.

Who can take part

  • You have at least 1 year of badminton experience
  • You have played in at least 2 club-level tournaments in the last 6 months
  • You have not had surgery on your leg or foot, or injured your ACL or any other leg injury in the past year
  • You are not doing any other kind of physical training besides badminton
  • You do not have any neurological condition (like a nerve or brain disorder) that affects your balance or body awareness
