Balance training for competitive tennis players

This study compares two types of balance training to see which one better improves tennis players' ability to move quickly and change direction on court. You'll do either reactive balance exercises (responding to sudden movements) or traditional balance exercises over the study period.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old
  • You have played competitive tennis regularly for at least 2 years
  • You currently train at least 3 times per week, with sessions lasting 60 minutes or longer
  • You have not had any injuries in the past 3 months
  • You do not have any neurological, balance, or inner-ear disorders
  • You are not currently doing separate balance, agility, or plyometric training outside your regular tennis practice
