Who can take part

  • You were at least 18 years old when diagnosed with MDS.
  • Your MDS diagnosis was made by a doctor using standard WHO criteria between January 2019 and December 2022, or between October 2025 and September 2026.
  • Your MDS diagnosis happened within 100 days of a bone marrow biopsy.
