  • You are 25 years or older
  • You can read and speak English
  • You have had a stool test showing an imbalance in gut bacteria (called dysbiosis)
  • You have not taken any probiotic or prebiotic supplement daily in the past month
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis)
  • You are not currently taking daily NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), acid-reducing drugs, or antibiotics
