Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 60 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of medium-to-high-risk rhabdomyosarcoma (not the pleomorphic type).
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you are fully active or able to do light work).
  • You have not received any prior cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within certain safe limits.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after.
