Who can take part
- You must be 50 years old or younger at the time of joining the study.
- You must have a type of rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) that is not the adult-type pleomorphic subtype. Your doctor will check the specific genetic features of your tumor.
- Your FOXO1 fusion status (a genetic marker) must be known before you can join. This is a test done on the tumor sample.
- You need to have certain blood counts and organ function levels that are within safe limits, checked within a week before starting treatment.
- You cannot have had any chemotherapy or radiation therapy for this RMS before, except for emergency radiation therapy for life-threatening situations.
- If you are female and could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
